Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. We would like to make sure that you have a wonderful time when you stay at any of our sites. That is why we have put the following rules and regulations in place. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us!

By booking your stay with Glampers Camp, you agree to abide by the following rules and regulations:

Cleanliness and Garbage Cleanup:

We know how important a clean site is to our guests. That is why we ask that you dispose of any and all garbage properly and safely. At the end of every evening, please dispose of your garbage at the dumpsters provided. This is both for your safety, enjoyment, and preservation of the beautiful wildlife in the area. 

Firewood:

Bringing in outside firewood is prohibited. This can damage the ecosystem and wildlife in the area. Firewood can be purchased during your booking process and will be delivered to your site. 

Glamper's Guidelines:

1)Smoking is strictly prohibited inside of any RV. You can smoke outside only. 

2)Before departing, please remove all linens, bed sheets and towels. Collect them in one area for our team to properly sanitize and clean the RVs. Refrain from any actions that may damage any of the items or property provided by Glampers Camp. 

3)The sites must be kept neat and clean and free of any clutter and hazardous items.

4)The sites must be kept in the same condition as they were prior to your arrival. Altering of the sites design and equipment is prohibited. 

5)No offensive activity is to be conducted at the sight including any and all annoyance or disruptive behavior. 

6)Guests are responsible for all damage or destruction of property. We reserve the right to charge guests for any damage caused to the grounds, and facilities, including but not limited to the following: broken water lines, sewer connections, electrical connections, landscaping, excessive debris such as garbage of any kind left at the sight or inside, utensils or any other amenities provided by Glampers Camp. 

If any of the above rules are violated, we reserve the right to charge the guest accordingly and not return the security deposit. 

Our Glamper Sites are currently located within our partner campgrounds. We offer all of the amenities that our partners do such as: pool, hot tub, tennis courts, volleyball courts and more. You will be held responsible for any damage to property or grounds of our partner campgrounds. Please treat the grounds with care as well as other guests with respect. You must also follow all rules and regulations stated by our partner campgrounds at all times. Any violation of rules or regulations are subject to forfeit of your stay at Glampers Camp without a refund.

Pets:
The only pets allowed are dogs. No other animals, livestock, reptiles, or exotic pets are permitted. We reserve the right to reject any pet. All dogs must be registered and vaccination records must be available should they be requested. Dogs must always wear a collar and should never be left unattended. Owners must cleanup after their dogs. Dogs cannot be an annoyance or pose any sort of danger to other guests. Any damage caused by a dog or any injury to persons or property caused by a dog, we reserve the right to charge accordingly and terminate your stay without providing a refund. 
If you do bring a dog, please be sure to select the dog cleaning fee. This is to provide the most enjoyable and sanitary stay for our guests. If you do not select the clean up fee for your dog and do bring a dog, we reserve the right to charge accordingly. It is imperative that all dogs must be kept on leash and close by when outside. This is for your pets safety due to the presence of certain wildlife including but not limited to alligators, snakes, and snapping turtles. Once again, please keep your pets on a leash and close by. Neither Glampers Camp or our partner campgrounds are liable for any injury to your pet. 

Late Check-In:
Check-in time is at 4:00 p.m. For any late check-ins after 8:30 p.m. an administrative fee of $25 will be charged. Please be sure to notify us by emailing: bookings@glamperscamp.com or calling 862-243-2777 prior to your arrival so our staff can make the proper accommodations. 

Extra Guests:
In the event that extra guests arrive over the course of your reservation for the day, a $25 fee per person will be charged. If that person(s) stays over night, then a $50 fee will be charged per person. 

Legal Terms:
Glampers Camp is not responsible for any injuries, damage and/or loss to person or property incurred by campers or their guests. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents nor injury to guests or for loss of money or valuables of any kind. By camping at any Glampers Camp sites, the holder and guests agree to assume all risks and liabilities inherent in this activity, including, but not limited to those flowing from natural and man-made hazards.
